PRINCE2® Foundation

This course provides you with a working understanding of the PRINCE2®, to a level where you can use it to undertake many of the PRINCE2® roles within a project and to pass the PRINCE2® Foundation exam.

The course provides time for exercises, examination practice, questions et cetera. The successful candidate will achieve the industry-recognised PRINCE2® Foundation qualification.

Prerequisites & Evening Study
No previous experience of PRINCE2® is necessary but experience of projects is preferred. The book "Projectmanagement based on PRINCE2" with study directions are issued before the course and require prior to the course around eight hours of self-study. Evening work around 1-2 hours is required during the course.

Examinations
Delegates take a 1 hour multiple choice Foundation Examination on the last day.

Course Objectives
This course will enable delegates to: have an overview of the principles, themes and processes of PRINCE2®, an overview of how to use PRINCE2® and prepare for the Foundation examination.

Who Should Attend?
This course is for anyone wishing to gain the PRINCE2® Foundation qualification and those who need to understand the terminology and principles behind the method.

The course fee includes the book "Projectmanagement based on PRINCE2", hand outs, Foundation exam, drinks and lunches (note: fee is exclusive of VAT).

Time?
Walk in at 9:00 prior to the start of the course at 9:30. Course ends at the latest at 17:00.
